The diagnostic is so that when we look at your unit we can provide you with a comprehensive summary of the primary issue as well as additional issues or suggestions that may pop up during the diagnosis.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO DO A DIAGNOSTIC ON MY DESKTOP?
We have an estimated time from 1 to 4 hours depending on the issue. Once we receive the Desktop it will go into our Diagnostic Queue and your unit will be diagnosed in the order it was received.
