This procedure explains how to disable the mobility center of Windows via the Group Policy Editor:
Open the Run menu, type gpedisc and press Enter. Head to Computer Configuration > Administrative Templates > Windows Components > Windows Mobility Center. Double-click on Turn off Mobility Center:
Select Enabled and then click on Apply > Ok.
