Honor is getting closer to the middle class with its new smartphone in the Magic 4 series. This is the Honor Magic 4 Lite. It is the first mid-range smartphone from the Chinese manufacturer. But how does it compare to the other Magic 4 variants? We have collected all the useful information about the Honor Magic 4 lite in this article.
Honor Magic4 Lite: cutting-edge design and well thought-out display
Part of the Magic 4 series, this new mid-range Honor Magic4 Lite smartphone features the same eye-catching and sleek design as Magic 4 Pro and the Ultimate. Weighing just 189g with a slim 8mm frame, the device is both light and slim for optimal handling and ergonomics. It has a large 6.81-inch LCD screen with a screen-to-body ratio of 94%, taking up almost the entire surface of the smartphone. With a Full HD+ resolution of 2388 x 1080 pixels and realistic colours at 16.7 million colours, it offers a reasonable refresh rate of 120 Hertz. All buttons are located on the right side: USB-C port, power button, fingerprint sensor, dual SIM slot and speaker.
Honor magic 4 lite: triple camera on the back
The most eye-catching feature of the Honor Magic 4 Lite is the rear panel with a large black circular island where the three cameras are installed. Firstly, there is the main camera which has a resolution of 48 megapixels. This is supported by two other cameras: a macro lens and a bokeh depth sensor, each with a resolution of 2 megapixels. You can't expect great performance from the camera as it will do without optical stabilisation and an ultra-wide angle lens. On the top screen in front, housed in a central perforated hole, is the 16 megapixel selfie camera with f/2.45 aperture. It supports video recording with a resolution of 1080pi.
